In terms of licensing, JEL has an Agency agreement with two Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) – Blanko Oil Company Limited and Global Standard Petroleum limited which allows JEL to operate under their operating licenses. It is also into turning non-profitable OMCs into profitable ventures through our audit and supervision strategy.
